Hi guys! I'm Meagan. Owner and Founder of Pop in Color Balloons. 

 

I am a stay at home mom of three and we live in Republic, Missouri. I started doing balloon garlands for my children's birthday parties. I shortly realized that I enjoy making them, and would love to bring my passion to others.
